The company was created in 2013 as a spin-off from Polisport SGPS and Strategic Sports (Holding) Company Limited and in the beginning of 2021 became only belonging to Strategic Sports (Holding) Company Limited. The Main Goal of Headgy Helmets is to fill a gap in the market for quality helmets produced at competitive prices.
